Anyone else feel this way? I work in construction and It's a a small town city with about 21,796 people. Homes are going for about $791,700 on average. The median home value here is around $791,700, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
