So, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Silver Hill sits at 332.7 per 100K. Rent is about $1,569/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Silver Hill? The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
