Housing market in Silver Spring right now

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Silver Spring sits at 356.2 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 9 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.
