I've been here for 15 years and Rent is about $1,899/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $619,400, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
