Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $60,543 in Silver Springs Shores. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Austin it's surprisingly good.
