Is Silver Springs Shores a good place to live?

Hey, The median home value here is around $181,800, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What are your go-to spots? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Lakewood. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in marketing. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Definitely worth checking out..
