Hello, Crime rate is something to consider -Silverdale sits at 156.8 per 100K. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Rent is about $2,056/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 21,046 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
