Cheapest neighborhoods in Silverdale?

Hello, We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Silverdale sits at 156.8 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think?

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great farm-to-table places. the quality of life is solid.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Minneapolis about 2 years ago. The main reasons were family and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are pricey, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, it's not perfect but it works for me. Happy to answer more specific questions..
