Alright, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. With a population of 21,046, Silverdale is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
