Job market in Simmesport for tech?

Longtime lurker here, I work in tech and It's a a small town city with about 1,455 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
