Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 4,113, Simonton Lake is a small town. Household incomes average around $74,233 in Simonton Lake. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
