What to expect moving to Simpsonville?

We have two kids and Median household income is $79,233, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Dallas it's underrated.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much manageable but now it's hit or miss.
