How is the nightlife in Simsbury Center?

Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $372,400 on average. You can expect to pay around $2,177 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Simsbury Center sits at 77.3 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much pricey but now it's average.

Moved here from San Diego about 3 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but Good luck with whatever you decide..
