We're a young couple and Rent is about $884/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
