Life in Sioux City as a young professional

Moved here 3 years ago for work. Sioux City has a growing scene for young professionals. The income situation is decent — median around $65,473. Rent runs about $936/month for a typical apartment. The social scene is hit or miss depending on the area. Would I recommend it? Depends on what you value..

I've lived in Lakewood for 14 years and it's decent, has its pros and cons.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Lakewood. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

Weather is the biggest factor for us. Four seasons are nice, not too extreme either way.
