So, Household incomes average around $65,473 in Sioux City. Poverty rate is 11.6%, which is around average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
