Alright, Median household income is $65,473, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $936/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? Any help is appreciated. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The dating scene is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
