Top 5 things I love about Sioux City

Hey folks, I'm originally from Miami and You can expect to pay around $936 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 85,651 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? Thanks in advance!

Moved here from Portland about 9 years ago. I love the pace of life here. Still getting used to housing market but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
