Been meaning to ask this. Household incomes average around $74,714 in Sioux Falls. With a population of 198K, Sioux Falls is a mid-size city. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Would love some local perspective. The weather takes some getting used to.
