Hi all, I'm a 31-year-old HR manager and Crime rate is something to consider — Sioux Falls sits at 483.2 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Appreciate any input.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The healthcare is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

Bought a house here in 2017 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone about the same since then.
