Most overrated things about Sioux Falls

Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $271,400 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Sioux Falls? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. The community is tough and there's always something going on.
