Hello, The median home value here is around $111,900, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Sisseton sits at 123.8 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development.
