Hi all, Been living here since 2020. The median home value here is around $368,600, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $93,550 in Skokie. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation?
