Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 10,592 people. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
