Cheapest neighborhoods in Sleepy Hollow?

So, You can expect to pay around $1,836 for rent here. Homes are going for about $756,700 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is tough. Tons of great BBQ places. it exceeded my expectations.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 5 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
