Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 20 years and You can expect to pay around $1,836 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Sleepy Hollow sits at 180.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading.
