Hey folks, I work in insurance and Homes are going for about $276,200 on average. Household incomes average around $119,451 in Sleepy Hollow. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Sleepy Hollow? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
