Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 10.2%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Appreciate any input. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
