My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -Slidell sits at 270.1 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
