Hello, Median household income is $37,827, which feels on the lower side for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Used to live on the North side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone about the same since then.
