So, I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 5,443 people. Median household income is $57,410, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 12.1%, which is around average. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
