I've lived in Pine Hills for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by nightlife. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good internet infrastructure
- The healthcare scene is better than expected
The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Property taxes are high
Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The traffic is surprisingly good compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..
