Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from Miami and Homes are going for about $272,500 on average. You can expect to pay around $977 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
