Studio apartments in Smithville -options?

Hi all, Born and raised here. Rent is about $977/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Smithville? The suburbs are where most families end up.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
