Top 5 things I love about Smithville

So, I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $272,500 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Smithville sits at 142.8 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? Any help is appreciated.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in East area are average. Kids love it here.
