Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $96,780 in Smyrna. Rent is about $1,682/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,682 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Pros:
- Nice parks and trails

Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- Not very walkable

I've lived in North for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from San Diego, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Decent public transit for the size
- The cost of living scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
