Smyrna is underrated, change my mind

Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 9 years and Rent is about $1,682/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,682 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this?

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great Vietnamese places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
