Things Smyrna needs to improve

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $96,780 in Smyrna. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts?

Moved here from Salt Lake City about 2 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to housing market but Good luck with whatever you decide..

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the North side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
