Smyrna is underrated, change my mind

Been meaning to ask this. Household incomes average around $78,409 in Smyrna. Crime rate is something to consider -Smyrna sits at 390.6 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much reasonable but now it's decent.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
