Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Rent is about $831/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 1,854 people. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.
