Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Snohomish sits at 253.7 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
