Thinking about relocating to Snowflake from Salt Lake City

Hello, Crime rate is something to consider -Snowflake sits at 782.8 per 100K. The median home value here is around $248,000, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. With a population of 6,349, Snowflake is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.

I'm a lawyer and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.
