Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and Homes are going for about $244,400 on average. With a population of 5,113, Social Circle is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,130 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this?
