Job market in Socorro for tech?

It's a a smaller city city with about 36,237 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Denver about 5 years ago. The main reasons were work and school.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong job market in several industries
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are wild, gas is solid.

Socially, it's not perfect but it works for me. Hope this helps!.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is solid in most areas.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. it's exactly what I was looking for. Worth doing your research before committing.
