So, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $241,400 on average. Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Thanks! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
