Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The median home value here is around $206,100, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.
