Working in Somerton -salaries realistic?

First post here. I work in healthcare and Household incomes average around $71,825 in Somerton. It's a a small town city with about 14,383 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience?

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 4 years here, that's my honest assessment.
