How are the schools in Somerville?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and Median household income is $127,056, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 80,549, Somerville is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Somerville sits at 203.3 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
