Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 28.1%, which is higher than I expected. Homes are going for about $301,400 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
