Most overrated things about Sonoma

Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 50s, and Household incomes average around $101,281 in Sonoma. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots?

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much stable but now it's better than expected.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 9 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is cultural scene. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much competitive but now it's hit or miss.
